What is Another Brisket Creation?

Besides anything made by me, it is a dish made with minimal ingredients (usually), simple (usually), taste great (always), and looks good (must!).

My culinary techniques are all self taught from watching Food Network and I don't use standard recipes or standard measurements. As you may have noticed. I think it is more fun this way. This way I'm pretty much taking whatever you have on hand, be it leftovers or amazing produce, and turning it into something that someone else would like to eat.

ABC's are influenced mostly by Italian cuisine and then Asian (more specifically East Asian). I dabble in other areas but mostly this is home for me.

Lets be honest when you cook something for yourself and it doesn't come out quite right, you tend to suck up, but when you are cooking for other people you just don't wanna make mistakes. I'm still trying to get over this fear.
